Since its opening in 1952, Le Duc de Lorraine, the oldest French pastry shop in Montreal, has become an institution in the field of traditional French pastries. From our famous butter croissants, often quoted by critics, to our traditional fine pastries, we have known over the years preserve the recipes of our great chefs, looking for quality above all else. In order to remain faithful to this principle of quality, we always use the best ingredients, including over 200,000 chicken eggs a year, 30,000 Kg of fresh fruit, 20,000 L of 35% cream and many other ingredients of superior quality. In addition to our high-quality pastries, we also offer a selection of French cheeses, a superb showcase of charcuterie, as well as delicious traditional French dishes.
